Refund & Return Policy

Returning an Item:

Lubothé accepts returns within 14 days of receipt.

• We refund the full amount for returned items, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition with intact Lubothé tags.
• Used, damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order online.
• We will process a refund for the returned item.

Important Notes:

• Return items in secure packaging with your purchase receipt.
• You are responsible for the item until it has been received at our warehouse.
• Damaged or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
• Please try on items carefully, as you would in a physical store, and keep all tags and labels intact.

Right of Withdrawal:

• You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days.
• Notify us via email or phone.
• Do not refuse delivery or fail to pick up your package.
