Refunds and returns

Refund

When you receive your item, you have 14 days to refund it. If the item is damaged and/or worn, it cannot be refunded. If we find that the item is used and damaged, we will not refund your money and we will send your item back.

Be sure to package the item neatly and send it to the correct address with the refund label on the top of the package.

Once we have received the refunded package and it is in perfect condition, we will send the money back to your bank account.



Return
If you have purchased a piece in a size that is too small or too large, we can easily send you the correct size if the item has not been used. Contact us at contact@lubothe.com and we can find a solution.



Important information

We do not pay for shipping when you refund/return your item.
